Welcome to the website for
the Eastside Church of Christ, located in Albany, Georgia. We are
a congregation of Christian believers who strive to serve a nd
worship the Lord as the Bible directs and to spread the Gospel of Jesus Christ
and His plan of salvation. We are happy you chose to visit our site and hope that you may find
what you are looking for right here! Please contact us if we can
assist you in any way! If you have plans to be in our area, please
come worship with us! If you live
in Albany or are new to the area and are looking for a church family, please
come to Eastside!
We are a not associated with any denomination but simply seek to be the Church
that Christ established. (Matt. 16:18) Our purpose is to follow the God's Word (Matt. 4:4, John
8:32)
and urge each other to do the same. We have no book but the Bible, no plea but Christ, and no name but the divine. In faith we
have unity, in opinions, liberty and in all things, love.
Our worship is simple, in that we only worship as the Bible directs. New Testament
Christians had a worship that included Singing, Praying, Teaching,
Giving and Observing the Lord's Supper. Our Singing is acapella. We
have the Lord's Supper each Lord's Day Sunday. Our Teaching is Bible
based. Contact us for more information or would like someone to study the Bible
with you.
We have various classes for both young and
old on Sundays and Wednesdays.
